Account and User Agreements

ACOL products and services are offered directly to your home or office and via public access terminals provided by ACOL partners such as some provincial government departments. In order to access ACOL from your home or office, you need to enter into account and user agreements with ACOL by applying for the ACOL service and completing the financial agreement.

ACOL’s Client Application Form identifies you (as an individual) or your organization, how you intend to pay for ACOL products and services, and who in your organization will be using ACOL (i.e. your ACOL users). The client and user agreements included with the Client Application Form define the terms and conditions under which ACOL products and services are provided. Please read these agreements carefully.

When accepted as an ACOL client, ACOL will issue you or your organization a unique ACOL client account number. All of your ACOL users'’ activities will be charged to this one ACOL client account.

ACOL client account and user services are designed to support needs ranging from individuals to very large organizations through the use of a single ACOL client account. If your organization requires more than one account, each user in your organization will be associated with one and only one of those accounts.

ACOL provides payment methods that will ensure that ACOL products and services are available to you when you need them. Payment options include:
