If the service is configured to allow users to utilize the forgot password function, there will be a link on the logon page ‘Forgot Password’.
If the user clicks the link, they will be asked to enter their User ID.
If this User ID is associated with a verified email address, an email with a secure reset password link will be sent to the verified email address.
When the user signs into their email account, and clicks the link, it will take them to a change password screen for the User ID.
The user will then change their password, and they will be able to logon again.
