View Account Information

Administrative users (Prime Contact and Contact) can view account information by selecting the Account Status menu item from the ACOL Client Services menu.

The following fields are displayed. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

Account Status

Logged on User

Display only

Your unique user ID which you used to logon to Client Services.

Account Number

Required

Upon initial entry to the screen, this field contains the Client Services account number of the logged on user. Depending on the setup of the Logged on User, account information can be retrieved and updated for other Account Numbers.

Account Status

Display only

Your Client Services account's current status: Active, Closed, New or Suspended.

Low Balance Warning Amount

Display only

If your Client Services account balance (see Current Balance below) is less than this amount, the system will display a warning message. This provides you with an opportunity to top up your account without loss of access to services.

Current Balance

Display only

Your Client Services account's current balance.

Legal Name

Display only

The legal name of the organization associated with this account.

Phone

Display only

The organization's phone number associated with this account.

Fax

Display only

The fax number of the organization associated with this account.

Business Alias

Display only

The name your organization is doing business as if different from the legal name.

Extension

Display only

The extension of the organization's phone number associated with this account.

Address, City, Province/Territory/State, Postal/ZIP, Country

Display only

Your organization's address for the purposes of this account.

 

Contact Information

Financial Contact, Phone and Extension

Display only

The name, phone number and extension of your organization's financial contact person for the purposes of this account.

Technical Contact, Phone and Extension

Display only

The name, phone number and extension of your organization's technical contact person for the purposes of this account.

 

Buttons:

Get Account Information - Obtain Account Information for specified Account number

Edit - Edit Account Information

Cancel - Quit and return to ACOL Client Services
