ACOL Client Services

You may access the following functions by selecting the desired menu item on the ACOL Client Services menu. Your ability to perform these functions depends upon your authority level.

Change Password

Any user can change their own password.

Change Another User's Password

An authorized user can change another user's password.

Account Statement

Authorized users can create an Account Statement describing account financial activity.

User Information

Users can view their own information and, if authorized, update their own or other user's information.

Account Status

Authorized users can view and update an account description and account financial summary information.

Electronic Cheque

Authorized users can use an electronic cheque to transfer funds to ACOL.

Forgot Password

If the service is configured to allow users to utilize the forgot password function, there will be a link on the logon page ‘Forgot Password’.

Update Allowed Email Domains

An administrative user can specify which email domains are allowed for an organization. When a user attempts to set their email address, it will restrict them to using the allowed email domains. 

Verify Email Address

When a user sets their email address, they are provided with the option to verify the email address which they would use if they forget their password.
