ACOL Client Services Help
ACOL subscription options define different sets of functions which users can access. Every ACOL user has one and only one subscription option.

ACOL assigns each user a subscription option based upon the Client Application Form submitted by the user or the user's organization. To change a user's subscription option, contact the ACOL Client Support Centre.
Subscription options control what functions users can perform by controlling the menus presented to the user. If a user's subscription option does not include a specific function, that function though visible to other users will not appear on the user's menu.
Subscription options are not ACOL's only way of authorizing users to perform functions. For example, ACOL client services are controlled, in part, by the user's authority level.
