User Information

Any user can view their current user information and administrative users (Prime Contact and Contact) can update user information by selecting the User Information menu item from the ACOL Client Services menu. Administrative users can only update user information for a user with a lower authority level than their own.

The following fields are displayed. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

User Information

Logged on User

Display only

Your unique user ID which you used to logon to ACOL Client Services.

User ID

Required

Depending on subscription option, the logged on user can obtain the user information for another user within their ACOL Client Services account.

Your unique user ID which you used to logon to ACOL Client Services.

Status

Display only

The user's current access status: Granted or Revoked.

Authority

Display only

The user's authority level: Contact or Basic. Note that the Prime Contact can not change his own authority level.

Phone

Display only

The user's area code (required if phone number entered) and phone number. Enter only the numbers (the system will enter the hyphens for you).

Report Language

Display only

Language desired for report generation: English or French.

Name

Display only

Your account name as currently represented in the ACOL Client Services database for the above user ID and account number.

User Title

Display only

The user's title.

E-mail address

Display only

The user's e-mail address.

Extension

Display only

The user's extension number, if applicable.

Client Information

Account Number

Display only

Your Client Services account number.

Legal Name

Display only

Your organization's legal name associated with this account.

Phone

Display only

Your organization's area code and phone number as currently represented in the Client Services database.

Fax

Display only

Your organization's fax number as currently represented in the Client Services database.

Account Status

Display only

Your Client Services account's current status: Active, Closed, New or Suspended.

Business Alias

Display only

The name your organization is doing business as if different from the legal name.

Extension

Display only

The organization's extension number, if applicable.

Address

Display only

This user's mailing address (if different from the Client Services account's mailing address).

Buttons:

Get User Information - Obtain User Information for specified User ID

Edit - Edit User Information

Cancel - Quit without saving data, and return to ACOL Client Services.
